GM Active and Obstacle Course Racing specialists Urban Attack have come together to create something special - Greater Manchester's very own obstacle race series.
Urban Revolution OCR Series - exciting venues, mega obstacles and fun packed events in the very heart of Greater Manchester.
5 km is perfect for the novice / first timer and 7.5 km for those that want to challenge themselves more.
Whatever route you take you'll have a fantastic day out tackling amazing obstacles, fighting through our Mud Zones and wading through water to the finish line and a well deserved drink in our fun packed event villages.
First timers to competitive runners, no matter - there is something for all, including Kid's and Teen Races, Family Entertainment and in case you missed it - big obstacles!

Urban Attack is everything Obstacle Racing, originally born out of Manchester where three years ago they introduced the biggest OCR stadium racing out there at the Manchester Velodrome, Urban Attack have gone from strength to strength putting on special events nationwide and being a national driving force behind the growing obstacle racing scene. Urban Attack is led by ex-sas celebrity TV Trainer Rob Edmond, so as you would expect most things Urban Attack touches are quite special.
Ethics Leisure are the exclusive UK & Ireland distributor for Urban Attack, Founder / Director Andy Gill has worked closely with Spartan Race, Intrepid Series and many of the major global health and fitness brands, is working alongside Rob on this new race series.

FAQ - Do you do discounts for teams?
A. You Bet! If you enter 4+ people immediately then you get 10% off current pricing, if you grow organically to build your team then look out for the system referral discount to reward you. If you are looking to book 10+ then contact us for a special discount.
FAQ - What do I need to bring on event day?
A. You MUST bring yourself :-) and trainers with suitable clothing for the training / racing.
FAQ - How do I get race numbers, guides, detailed info for my event day?
A. Once registered you will receive updates leading up to the race, including guides. On race day registration you will pick up your identification numbers. Our Facebook page is normally the quickest way to see up dates.
FAQ - Do I have to be able to swim?
A. No, you can go round a water obstacle if need be, the exception will be our Salford Quays water based event in 2018 where you will need to be able to swim to take part.
FAQ - What is the age restriction for racers?
A. 16 + for main race. 12-15 yrs for Teen Wave and 4-11 yrs for Kids Race.
FAQ - When do I need to turn up on race day?
A. Aim to be there 60 mins before your race time.
FAQ - Can I transfer my entry ?
A. You can either transfer your entry to someone else online through your booking account where a new person re-pays and you get your card refunded or you can give the new person your race confirmation ticket with written consent for them to bring with them on race day to take over your place.
